LONDON MARATHON PARKRUN ROUNDUP

On the weekend of the 35th London Marathon, about 37,800 people were taking part including 4 Senior Harriers, and there was 24 Scottish teenagers chosen to represent Scotland in the Mini Marathon:

Our own Junior Harriers were committed to their training and taking part in Parkruns.  We had 4 Juniors out testing there progress against other young club athletes and maybe one day they to could be chosen to represent Scotland in the Mini Marathon.

Training is back on as normal 6.30pm to 8pm for all training groups. The evening will be brighter now that we are edging towards summer, lets hope the weather is nice for us all.

TRAINING CANCELLED - WED 8 APRIL

Everyone who was at training tonight (Wednesday 1st April) I informed them the training will be cancelled next week.  This is due to a couple of coaches not being available and the lack of helpers to assist coaches.  So for the safety of the kids we need to cancel the session.

Please spread the word and pass on to any fellow Harriers that weren't at training tonight. 

 

Back on as normal on Wed 15th April at 6.30pm.
